We here at New Age Angler are striving to create a comfortable and family-friendly environment for all of our members. To help reach this goal we will be enforcing the following policies. If you see any of the following policies broken please report them to New Age Angler Administrators or Moderators. Taking matters into your own hands will be considered disruptive to the Forum and will not be tolerated.
While the administrators and moderators of New Age Angler will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
The information on the New Age Angler website is provided as a service to its members. We make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality of the information provided on the New Age Angler website.
New Age Angler has the ability to host pictures and accommodate file attachments. The content of which will become the property of New Age Angler and MAY be used at our discretion.

Your IP address will be recorded upon registration and IP addresses of all posts are recorded into our database to aid in enforcing these conditions.
Only a valid Internet Service Provider (ISP) e-mail address will be accepted to register your account. HotMail, Yahoo etc. accounts will not be accepted.
Registering with more than one username is not allowed. If a username has been created in error please let the Forum Admin know so that account in error can be removed.
You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic(s) at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent. The webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).
We are enforcing a warning process when required, a warning will be given if any of the above mentioned rules are broken or a complaint is formed against you, and if the complaint is warranted. After the first warning the member still continues to break the above rules the member will be banned from the site. The warning process may not be administered due to continuous and severe misconduct, abuse and harassment in open forum.
Linking to other sites will be only be allowed with the permission and consent of New Age Angler Administrators.
We respect your rights to your privacy and identity however New Age Angler will disclose any information contained within the forum database when required to do so by law, as required by a court order or a subpoena through your ISP. New Age Angler may disclose its Forum Contents in response to a law enforcement agency's request for investigation purposes.
Policies are subject to change and members will be notified of changes when they occur.
